Jedox Cloud Status

The Jedox Cloud Status Page provides a global overview of service availability for each region in real time. This includes all incidents with wide-ranging impact, upcoming planned maintenance activities, and service monitoring.

Status Updates

The status page is automatically updated every 60 seconds, allowing for real-time monitoring.

Incident & maintenance history

In the Incident & maintenance history section you can review health information for the last 30 days. Earlier changes can be found at the bottom of the page.

You can also display the Uptime calendar, which provides information on the past health status and planned maintenance for the upcoming period.

Service impact communication

In the event of a service issue that affects multiple services of an entire region or multiple regions, and with a significant impact on customers, a banner will be displayed at the bottom of the status page.

An unplanned maintenance report can be categorized as major or minor, depending on the business impact and urgency.

Planned maintenance is an expected activity for performing corrective or preventive actions on the infrastructure, with temporary or no disruption of service. Once the planned time is reached, the status page automatically displays that the system is being maintained.

In addition to the status page, alerts about service issues can be sent to subscribers in the form of targeted notifications.

Subscribe to updates

Enable subscriptions to receive information regarding any incidents with wide-ranging impact. Once you subscribe, you will be notified by email when new unplanned maintenance is announced, or a status update is provided. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that you must click to receive notifications. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Availability

The availability calculation consists of all services and whole infrastructure, based on 24-hour-per-day times, number of days per month, minus unscheduled downtime.
