Jedox's own file types are WSS files and PB files.
With the command Export, you can save WSS files outside of Jedox Web.
If WSS files were not created in your Jedox application or are not displayed in Jedox Web, then they cannot simply be copied to the folder …\storage to be opened in Jedox, as their existence must be noted in the associated Jedox database. Thus, WSS files that are not displayed must first be imported.
Import allows WSS files created in other environments to be integrated into your Jedox Web as workbooks. Following import, the files will appear in JedoxDesigner and can be opened and edited as usual.
