Jedox has a named user license model, and every named user has multiple concurrent ports. Thus, every named user has access to Jedox on multiple devices at the same time.
Trial License
After initial installation, Jedox Excel Add-in and Jedox Web will run on a 30-day trial license. This trial license allows anyone to extensively test all modules of Jedox Premium. All users who sign on will automatically be associated with that trial license.
When a full license is acquired and activated for the first time, it will automatically replace the trial license. The association of all users with the trial license is removed and the new license can be assigned to the users manually. Unassigned users who sign on will automatically be associated with the first open license slot.
Jedox Suite Full User License
Jedox Suite is the core product, unifying planning, analytics, and reporting functionality in one software platform. Jedox Suite comprises Jedox In-Memory DB Server (multidimensional in-memory database), Jedox Excel Add-in, Jedox Mobile and Jedox Web (including Jedox Reports, Jedox Designer, Jedox Spreadsheet, Jedox Modeler, Jedox Integrator, Jedox Scheduler, and Jedox Administration). Jedox Web includes also the panels "My Model" and "Marketplace". Jedox Suite Full User is a Named-User-License of the complete Jedox Suite.
In the License Manager in Jedox Web, a license of this type is listed simply as "Jedox":
Jedox Full Planner License
Jedox Full Planner is an additional Named-User-License to the Jedox Suite and enables the User to get a read-write access with Jedox Web, Jedox Excel Add-in and Jedox Mobile to Jedox Reports (based on Excel Spreadsheets or Jedox Spreadsheets).

Jedox Excel Planner License
Jedox Excel Planner is an additional Named-User-License to the Jedox Suite and enables the User to get a read-write access with Jedox Excel Add-in and Jedox Mobile to Jedox Reports (based on Excel Spreadsheets). Every seat has 2 concurrent access ports.
Users with such a license do not have access to Jedox Web. There exists only one exception: if a user with such a license has access to the components "My Models", "Marketplace" or "Licenses" via his OLAP role, this user can also log on to Jedox Web and see the named components.

Jedox Web Planner License
Jedox Web Planner is an additional Named-User-License to the Jedox Suite and enables the User to get a read-write access with Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile to Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets).
If a user with such a license has access to the components "My Models", "Marketplace" or "Licenses" via his OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Web Viewer License
Jedox Web Viewer is an additional Named-User-License to the Jedox Suite and enables the User to get a read-only access with Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile to Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets).
If a user with such a license has access to the components "My Models", "Marketplace", or "Licenses" via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Power BI Connector License
Jedox Power BI Connector is an optional software module enabling Jedox Integrator to write data into datasets of the business analytics service Power BI, provided by Microsoft. Additional info can be found in the articles PowerBI Connection and PowerBI Load.
Jedox Qlik Connector License
Jedox Qlik Connector is an optional software module enabling Jedox Integrator to upload files to applications of a Qlik Sense Server. Additional info you can find in the article Qlik Load.
Jedox Salesforce Connector License
Jedox Salesforce Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract data from cloud-based CRM product Salesforce.com using the Salesforce Web Service. Additional info you can find in the article Salesforce Extract.
Jedox SAP Connector License
Jedox SAP Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract all data from all SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM etc.). All SAP Netweaver-based systems are supported, for SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA, specific business content is provided within the connector.
Jedox Tableau Connector License
Jedox Tableau Connector is an optional software module enabling Jedox Integrator to connect to a Tableau server and/or write tabular data into Tableau HyperFiles. Jedox currently supports Tableau 10.5 and later.Jedox versions older than 2023.2 do not support Tableau versions 10.5 and later, due to Tableau's switch to Hyper API.
Jedox Developer License
Jedox Developer is a Named-User-License of the complete Jedox Suite for the sole purpose of development.
Jedox Non-Production System License
The Jedox Non-Production System is a Named-User-Licensed Test System for the sole purpose of development. The User is not allowed to use it as a Production System.
Jedox GPU Accelerator License
Jedox GPU Accelerator provides an optional extension to the Jedox In-Memory DB Server by leveraging the computing power of server-based NVIDIA Tesla graphic cards in parallel GPU processing, outstripping conventional CPU technology and providing consistent scalable performance over extreme data modeling scenarios.
